Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ONEFOLD at onefold.church (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use ONEFOLD

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list a church on ONEFOLD. The Service is currently available to users in the United States only. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Church accounts

When you create an account to list your church on ONEFOLD, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your church
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Promptly update your listing if information changes
• Not create duplicate listings for the same church
• Not use the Service to impersonate another church or organization

4. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit (church descriptions, photos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant ONEFOLD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use ONEFOLD to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Use the Service for commercial advertising or spam

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your own account at any time from the Account Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEFOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
